She started her business in 1996, stating " it is one of the best decision's I have ever made, to take that leap of faith and start my own business. I had worked for the moving company for many years. The sales people would tell these families anything they wanted to hear. Two months later when you are ready to be moved, you never knew who was walking through your front door. I love what I do. Relocating is one of the most stressful things you can do. Britt's is here to remove the chaos."

I used this company for years in every move. 2022 was my last move with them. My family have several designer shoes etc and we keep them boxed, the movers stole designer shoes, glasses and purse stacked boxes back because I paid them for packing and unpacking services also. My husband passed away and his jewelry was stolen too, the entire safety box.
The owners could care less and wanted to argue that no one stoled anything they wouldn't do that blah blah without investigating there workers. (Which was a different batch of pill head, junkies) Even though owner was not there. ( who usually is) Sad because I trusted them for several years and grew a relationship with this company and nothing like this had ever happened, but I wouldn't use them, especially if you have expensive items! It also hurt because they didn't even try to do what was right and file claim and investigate there workers.

These guys packed us up on a Friday in Indianapolis and unloaded us in Austin TX Sunday morning. That alone, was remarkable. They also drove both of our cars for gas money. Our move included a baby grand piano which they carried up a long flight of stairs to our second floor. They also carried our teak patio furniture up three floors, including an extremely narrow spiral staircase, to our rooftop sky terrace.
As a bonus, they brought our new refrigerator up the stairs and hooked it up, which was, apparently, not going to be handled by Lowe's. I highly recommend Mike Creel for any move, in-town or out-of-town.

I have use these movers four times. They have been on time every time, with no problems. I had to move several very large and bulky items and they did a great job. A few things here and there were slightly damaged, but they were moving very fragile and very heavy things so I expected a few little issues. Several of the things I was moving were pieces of heavy equipment weighing 600 to 800 pounds and they had to go up and down stairs.
I never felt uncomfortable with anyone from this company. I always felt like I could trust them with my stuff. And they hustle! I could hardly get them to stop to eat and drink.

By far the best moving company. Movers were kind, courteous, and efficient. They had a flight of stairs to deal with, another job after mine to go to and never complained or wavered in their customer service. Many many thank you's to this company and the gentlemen working so hard for me. I would recommend to anyone to please call this company for your next move.

We had a wonderful move through Britts. The packing and moving crew were absolutely wonderful, kind, very helpful and took the stress off me during a hard time for me. I would recommend them to anyone one. Once we moved to our new location and got unpacked the company even came free of charge to pick up all the old boxes.

Caused damage beyond repair on gouging up a perfectly like new piano (sentimental value too) and damaged several other items of furniture, and completely lost a box of kitchen items. Then after we paid the full price for move (nearly $10,000) they never sent a token refund of $500 as promised, even though each communication after the move Mike promised 'will send it soon'.
Now past two months later I give up. Movers seemed more interested in rummaging through our donations during move than doing a professional job of packing, and delayed the move by a few hours by not getting right sized trucks. Stay away!

Just a quick note to thank you and your staff for the great job done in packing our household goods for our recent move. The ladies doing the work were professional and courteous (and even tolerated my jokes!). Some areas of the home could best be described as a 'pit,' particularly my office and the garage. Your gals rolled up their sleeves and dived in to the morass, emerging some time later with everything in boxes. Wow! I hope that we never move again, but if we do, you may assured that we will use your services. Thanks for a super job!!
