This was the fifth time using Two Guys and a Truck for a move over a period of 20 years, and every time has gone well. The gentleman who gave the estimate was very nice and upbeat, as were all the people I spoke to on the phone. The estimate was reasonable. I had to change gears about a week before the move and move to everything to a storage unit in Anderson instead of a house in Fishers; they took it in stride like it happened everyday.

On the day of the move, they arrived on time and moved things into the truck at a brisk pace. The crew was composed of several nice, upbeat guys who treated my possessions with care. If I had any constructive feedback, it would be to have a device of some sort along in the truck to move several bins (or whatever) at once from the truck to the storage unit. They hand carried each bin one by one which took more time than it needed to. but they were careful with everything. They know how to stack a storage unit! And their cheery attitude on a bitterly cold day made the whole thing easier on me.

Michael and his team were on time, knowledgeable, polite, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Updated review: Overall, Michael and the movers, deserve 5 stars as they were super helpful and efficient, handled my furniture with care and services were quick. But. I rated this place 4 stars, because although the movers were professional, courteous and on time for the appointment, the price for services was expensive. A quote was given prior to the appointment by management and then during the time of service, there were additional fees that were not represented in the previous estimate, including tolls and a 20-30% tip, which seemed to be expected of customers. If you are looking for a quick move, excellent movers and can afford it, the services are decent but be sure to review fees carefully.

Sent a request to them through Yelp with pictures to move an organ out of my house and they never responded. I saw the message I sent had a "read" status so I sent a follow up message. Again, no response. I subsequently found another company to assist.

Michael's crew did an exceptional job moving me from Brooklyn to Lower East Side. Came right on time and quickly and efficiently packed our entire apartment and brought our stuff over perfectly. Was expecting this to be an entire day of ordeal but the job ended up finishing a bit past 2pm. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move within the city.

These guys are awesome! We've used them before and they are always on time, efficient and friendly. We recently had Phil, Christopher and Brady help us move and they were very professional and packed that truck like Tetris - maneuvered a large treadmill among other large pieces around sets of stairs and narrow door ways without a scratch. Would definitely recommend and use again.
