This size unit yields 25 square feet of space. Although these 5x5 units are small, they are an excellent size to store all of your extra items, like garden tools, seasonal items, office supplies, or your miscellaneous boxes. This size unit yields a total of 50 square feet of space, perfect for storing an entire bedroom or office.
Tips

Start by gathering as many boxes as you think you will need as well as tape, markers, and packing material (e.g., foam shipping noodles, bubble wrap, packing paper or towels). Make up an inventory list of your items and keep it in a safe place (at home or in a safe deposit box) away from the unit. Be sure your boxes are strong enough to hold 25-30 pounds (although we suggest not putting too much in each box).

Once you determine the optimal size for your needs and sign our rental agreement, you may move in at your earliest convenience. We don't require notice before moving out but it is always a good idea so that we may brief you on the process. The process is quick and involves a signature on a one page move out document, the removal of your items from the unit and payment of any balance owed.
