Come by appointment time. Overnight parking yes. Appointment at 8:00am Checked in 7:30am got door, done at 9:30. 2 hours is good

Appointment was 10:30, check in at 9:40 am Got door at 2:15 pm, check out :2:50 pm Have to cancel my back haul load because of them. Very unprofessional Laziest people on the earth

Terrible place to get loaded. Been there 6 xs this month, the ones that check u in dunno what is going on half the time and loading is a 2-3hr minimum. If your lucky, and sometimes they let you sit for a hour just to tell you to check in at the other one across the street at wcn just to start the process over, but atleast the ones at wcn seem to have things n order and the lumber lift operator is quick over there
