Great service! Needed a space in a hurry and they were more than accommodating. Fair pricing and upfront about everything. They made the move in really easy also. They have a truck and a guy that helped me move all my stuff that was a great price too. Would highly recommend.

Full marks for this storage facility. Really have had no problems at all renting from here for over 3 years now. I live just outside Columbus proper and this facility has gotten me through 2 apartment moves and now houses my inventory for a small business. Called management last year for an extra unit. They were very kind and even got me another unit close to my original! Makes the frequent trips easy. Never an incident with leaks, climate, or theft. Highly recommended.

We used Budget Storage facilities twice. The staff was accommodating in the setup arrangement and clear on the storage unit use and payments. We liked the gated facility and had no trouble in gaining access.
