The most unprofessional company I have ever used in my life. I used them in November. Some of my items were broken and I completed a claims form and 4 months later I still haven't heard anything. The movers take cigarette breaks all the time and be charged per minute was not a good look. Besides the cursing from the movers my whole experience was "never again". Please find a more reputable company because this is not it!

This company is terrible! I tried several times to get a quote from them for moving and storage services and they never followed through with their promise to provide me with a quote. They came up with all sorts of excuses for why they didn't provide me a quote whereas other companies I called immediately followed up with me with quotes within an hour. If they are this unprofessional in following up with me why would I ever trust them to do a good job with my furniture? STAY AWAY from this company, they are terrible.

Strongly recommend against hiring this company. The movers, except one, were apparently people that the company picked up on the corner the day of my move. They lacked experience based on the damage done to my furniture -- kitchen set, bedding and a sofa. I filed a claim in the amount of approximately $1400.00 and received a check from them in the amount of $250.00. I must admit that I failed to read on their Invoice what their liability to their customers was for damages incurred by them - $0.60 per pound per article. I would not recommend using this company to anyone. After all its a win, win situation for them and a lose, lose situation for the consumer using their service.

Very friendly workers & did an excellent job placing my storage items where needed. Got two VERYYY heavy bedroom pieces up the steps in narrow stairway in DC home & another heavy piece of furniture in basement. Great pricing! :-

My company hired Johnson moving company to move a 1700 lb machine into our lower level shop. The Owner, Mr. Johnson was consistent and professional communicating with me during our 2 week pre-move planning. On the day of our move the team was patient and remained professional despite the fact that our heavy equipment was delivered over an hour late. The Johnson Moving Team worked beyond their shift to ensure that our machine was carefully lowered down a flight of stairs and placed in the shop without damage. This was a tough job! We will certainly hire them again when we need to make a major move again.
