Overall this was a great experience from estimate to unload (and even beyond). The sales guy Mike was very thorough from the beginning and the coordinator Judy was responsive to issues and questions (as was Mike). The driver Mike was also great, thorough, and beyond prompt! One of the loaders (did not get his name) was not that great - constantly complaining and yelling at the driver and muttering under his breath and really ramping up my anxiety.
However the Kansas City crew that did the unloading were brilliant and we highly recommend them - Laton Oliver, Jeremiah Lee and Shaun Knight were very cheerful, helpful and hard working and I would recommend them without ever hesitating. We definitely chose the right company to move us! Thank you!

Absolutely the best. We had a 5 man crew led by an experienced crew chief in Emmit. These guys are consummate pros who work their tails off. Polite, caring and total experts. We had heavy gym equipment and patio stuff on top of all the usual things. They powered through with no complaints. Moving sucks. Rose makes it bearable. Not cheap. But you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

Moving quote scheduled for a Friday at 4 pm. No call. Called allied who gave me a direct number. Left message at 4:30. No return call. Called monday, left message, no return call. Called Allied who also called at left a message. No return phone call after a week. If this is the way they treat potential customers, I'd hate to see what happens when you're an actual customer!

The crew and office staff were wonderful throughout our move. The quote was nearly spot on, the crew was on time, they worked quickly and carefully, and most of all, were friendly and thorough. I would recommend Rose Moving to anybody needing to relocate.
