If you are renting the unit, you will be offered the opportunity to eSign the rental agreement. You will be given your individual access code #, and unit # once the rental agreement is e-signed. You put your own lock on the storage unit door latch so you can be assured that you are the only person with access to your belongings.
Storage Tips

Start by gathering as many boxes that you think you will need, tape, markers and packing material i.e. Make up an inventory of your items and keep it in a safe place at home or in a safe deposit box away from the unit. Pictures and mirrors should be wrapped in cardboard and marked "FRAGILE" and stacked on end.

With an online rental, you can access your space within 1/2 hour on today's date, or starting at 6 am on the date you request. Standard access hours are 6 am till 10 pm 7 days a week. We require a 15 day notice prior to your move out, or paid through date. You may also call and let us know, or just drop us a note.
Schedule Move Out
Report
All tenants are required to notify The Storage Spot at least 15 days before they plan on moving out. Also, a final move out form must be filled out after completion of cleaning your unit out. The forms can be found in the Moscow office or on the front of the B building next to the drop box at the Pullman facility. Please return filled out forms to the office or in the drop box. Don't forget to remove all locks from your unit!.
