I got a unit not too long ago and SPECIFICALLY told the guy at the desk I needed it for one or two weeks tops. I've had everything moved out for weeks now and no one was there when I moved out to tell them I don't need it anymore. It's like no one works there because no one ever answers! They're trying to still charge me but I will not pay because no one's there to do their job:

I was getting ready and in the process of clearing my home for renovations in a month, so needed a storage facility temporarily until my home renovations are done. So my friend recommended Storage etc. as he currently has a unit there. I went onto their website to view the facility as well as unit size availability. After taking a gander at the website I saw they had an area where you can contact them to inquire about any specials they might have.

It was a form you fill out, so I filled it out, explained my situation and if they had anything to accommodate me with any specials since it was a referral. I never received a response and it's been 2 weeks. I also tried calling the number to no avail. I received their voice mail. Seems this place is very unprofessional in regard to incoming business. It's not hard to respond to an email since there is no human physical contact since we are in the age of COVID. Guess they don't want to fill there empty storage units. I'll be looking elsewhere.

We've had units here for years and the employees are always the sweetest to the customers. Great prices and always willing to help the customers in anyway they can. Definitely recommend to anyone needing storage space. Thanks! From Matt Ceballos

Two stars for Leann and a clean facility. I hope she finds a better job elsewhere. I got this unit to store items I sell at the swap meet. Was told there were free carts available so I didn't buy a dolly. For several weeks the carts went missing in the morning. Then the manager gave me an attitude and scolded me like a child because I didn't put them back where she wanted them. I mentioned this to Leann and she said I would essentially be wasting my time complaining because the owners back their employees over customers.

I would too, except when the employee is rude to customers. These dramatics would be insignificant if it weren't for the most ridiculous stipulation they have regarding parking. They told me less than a week before months end that they were not renewing my lease and I had to remove my belongings by the 30th, citing that I had parked my car for several hours on three occasions in their lot, which my tenancy does not include. Their parking lot is never full, I am not preventing any business and they leave notes threatening to tow my car. Do yourself a favor, find a better place to store your things. This is not it.
