Outstanding service, had a mix up when I arrived over miss communication on the phone, and within five minutes the manager had it all straightened out for me. Tom set me up with a nice secured spot for a great price. This was a very pleasant experience, it felt like I was dealing with a friend. Thanks, Tom. Update. Have to thank Tom once again, stored my music instruments there for nine months and decided to move on a whim, he was available when I needed to pick up my things, and made it fast and efficient when I arrived.
Everything was just how I left it, and he was friendly as usual when I came in. Thank you Tom I had a great experience with you and if I'm ever back that way and in need of a unit, I'll be sure to stop in for the great service. Amanda

So very pleasantly surprised with this facility and the manager Tom. Every time I call the wait time is less than a minute. An actual human is working here and it is Tom! The facility is stunningly world class. Impeccably clean and in a very convenient North PS location which also surprised my given the size of the operation.
