Established in 1973, Wolf Lake Industrial Center and Terminals is a valuable provider of high quality bulk liquid storage services. The company has an impeccable reputation for providing safe, reliable and cost effective storage services. Originally constructed in the mid-1950s, The Wolf Lake Industrial Center was used by the Defense Logistics Agency (a department of the U.S. Army) as a national security depot. The Long and Middendorf families purchased the Wolf Lake Industrial Center and Terminals in 1973 from the U.S. General Services Agency.

Wolf Lake Industrial Center is a 72.5-acre facility located approximately one quarter-mile off Sheffield Avenue in Hammond, Indiana. This location is readily accessible from I-80/94 and I-90 (The Indiana Toll Road and Chicago Skyway). It was constructed in the mid-1950's by the Federal Government as a national security depot, and was purchased as surplus property in 1973 and refitted for industrial use.

Wolf Lake Terminals (WLT) is a liquid storage facility containing over 500,000 barrels of storage capacity with 125 aboveground storage tanks, located on approximately 30 acres. WLT contains 12,000 linear feet of railroad track, providing room to stage over 200 railcars at a time. Approximately 1,800 liquid railcars pass through WLT each year.
