MMS was extremely responsive to calls and emails. They called the day before to give us a time frame and they came within that timeframe. The movers were polite and professional. I also found their cost to be reasonable.

We were very satisfied with the piano moving service that this company provided! It was the first phone call that I made when I needed an uprigght piano moved from a friend's house to my mother's house-both locations are in high-rise, doorman buildings. Everything, including providing an insurance certificate and scheduling, was prompt and piano was delivered promptly and safely as promised. My mother said the delivery process was on time, friendly, courteous and professional. Highly recommend this company for your piano moving needs!

Absolutely Amazing! Moving a piano into a new home can be a very stressful situation wondering if it will fit up the stairs and in the door. Once I saw the crew from MMS move into action, all stress faded away! The guys in the crew are Tetris Masters and had our piano into the house with ease from our point of view! MMS is very professional, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the scheduling and pre-arrival arrangements. I highly recommend MMS for all piano moves!
