I have never written a review of any kind before. But I have to make an exception for Sort It Out Boston. During a very rough period of my life, Nancy handled ALL elements of a pack-up, an auction, 2 moves, a clean out and a house cleaning with professionalism, efficiency, effectiveness and empathy (not pity). She understood my needs and exceeded them including identifying and negotiating with all of the other professionals involved. Nancy made sure that all vendor commitments were met in a timely fashion and at a fair price.
There are no words to express my appreciation for the comprehensiveness and quality of Nancy's work. If you are in a position to refer an Organizer to a friend, family or client and you do not recommend Sort It Out Boston and Nancy Patsios, you are doing them a disservice.

Nancy was so patient and kind while helping me sort through the mess that was my bedroom. She assisted with reorganizing the closet, my desk and vanity, as well as my son's room. Pat and her business partners performed a small miracle for me. I asked them to help me clear out a play room which was stuffed to the ceiling with used and unopened toys accumulated over 15 years, in order to make it into a music room. In just two visits, they helped me set up storage in the basement, sort out stuff to donate or to toss out, and we transformed the room into a beautiful, spare, music room. It was the best present for our family. I could not have done it without Pat's expert advice and execution. Will definitely seek Pat out for any future organizational needs!

Having Pat Bernabei of Sort It Out come and jump start a major cleanout of our attic was terrific and some of the best money I ever spent! My husband and I are heading into retirement and needed to start downsizing but found tackling the attic of our family home overwhelming. Pat was kind enough to come over bright and early on a Sunday morning, to accommodate our schedule, and she got us going and kept us focused and motivated for four hours.
But it wasnt a chore at all - it felt like an energetic, non-judgemental good friend was by our side, cheering us on! Later that same afternoon the hubs and I took 26 large bags of primarily clothing to the thrift shop. Overall awesome experience and we plan on having Pat back again to keep us focused!

Moving doesn't have to be one of life's most stressful events: just call Pat at Sort It Out and have her help you. It was the best money I've ever spent! She and her team are efficient, reliable, and highly skilled at managing both your physical stuff and your emotional state of mind. I had their help both sorting through things before my move, packing, and then unpacking. Something that I had dreaded turned into something actually quite fun. I'd recommend their services in a heartbeat.
