Mulder's Moving does it right, every step of the way. This company's office staff and move crew completely remove all of the stress from moving. We chose Mulder's because they were a reputable local business. We received quotes from 3 other moving companies and to be honest, Mulder's was the most expensive. However, it was the most detailed and thorough quote because Vince was insistent on getting an accurate assessment of our items. We believed the resources they committed would get our move done on time and without issue. It was a great decision.
The crew was friendly and helpful and took care of our property. They arrived on time and finished within the quoted time line. During the move into our new home, the finish was damaged to our new hardwood staircase from the runner and tape used in effort to protect the stairs. The repair was very costly. We submitted the claim to Mulder's and within a few days Karel issued us a settlement for the work with a sincere apology and absolute zero hassle. My experience with Mulder's was exceptional, they are good people and I would recommend them to anyone.
