Excellent customer service Dee Brown is always knowledgeable, polite, and always has a smile. Mr Storage is clean and very well light. I have been with the Olney Mr Storage for over 15yrs and never had any problems. Also the price is right. BeBe

This was my 2nd time using this storage facility. I absolutely adore Ms D at the front desk. I appreciate that the facility is always monitored. The only thing I'd change is the hours. It would be nice to have access a little later in the day. Other than that, I'd highly recommend them

It was my first time through a whole moving and using a storage unit situation and they helped walked me through it over the phone since covid19 was still in effect. We were in and out in 30 minutes, best first experience.
