The ABSOLUTE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been calling every day for 3 weeks, literally, in addition to sending emails trying to obtain a quote and set up a delivery date and time as we've used them in the past without issue. They do not return phone calls at all! The one email response received apologized for lack of follow up and said they would get back to me next day.that was 2 weeks ago. I get being short staffed or even crazy busy but you are better off finding a different company for your moving needs.

Do not use this moving company. During the move they broke a new dinning room chair, worth $249.99. It took weeks to get any kind of response and when they finally responded, they sent a check for $21.00. Basically this company has the policy of we can break/ ruin your personal items and we won't pay to replace the items our people break.

Five-star service, from beginning to end! Julie H. made scheduling so easy, and she was transparent regarding all definite and potential costs. I had the dream team of movers - Christopher B., Jaquan P., and Dayzhon M. They arrived on time and had everything packed securely in the truck before I knew it. They efficiently unloaded the truck and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted. These young men are kind, professional, and very good at what they do! I will definitely use Peachtree Movers again!

Love the young men who packed up my mother's home. They were professional, knowledgeable, quick. I will definitely be calling them again when it's time to move my mother's items from the storage unit. I can't say enough about the company and the men that packed up my mother's home. They represented their company at the highest level. Very pleased.

I scheduled to have a move. The day I was suppose to move, no one contacted me or called to give any extra info. Once I called to find out what was going on they pretty much told me they went with a more expensive job. I obviously was extremely frustrated, and their only response was sorry. Do not deal with this company, unless your move is extremely pricey or otherwise your business is expendable. That is not how a average person does business, let alone a reputable company. I was extremely disappointed with Peachtree and they really inconvenienced me.

We moved on September 13,2020 and have been trying to get the damage to our new townhouse walls and doors as well as some other items repaired. We have submitted the damage request as instructed and after at least 12 emails and voice messages left with Jim McKinney,the owner, and Janice we have still had no resolution or response since October 27.
