JB Moving provided excellent service. My move involved several pieces of antique furniture. The job team lead by Jarrell and Juan made sure all pieces big and small were all wrapped/packed and loaded to ensure there was no damage caused during the move. The team made sure we were completely satisfied before packing up to go and the owner Joe called the next day to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend JB Moving. Thank you Joe and Team.

I had a bad experience with this mover. The problem was the their terrible customer service from their "General Manager". I obtained their service for a whole house move. The moving guys they sent seemed quite good. However, after we moved into our new place, I went back to our house to clean up and noticed a big ding in our woodwork around a doorway that was caused by the mover. When I reached out to them to see what they could do, I was told that since I signed the paperwork saying that everything looked good, I was basically out of luck.
I guess the lesson here is to really check over the place you move out of and the place you move into before you sign their paperwork. BTW, after they left I also notice a ding in the woodwork of our new place. I wouldn't recommend this company, the general manager was very rude.

From the moment they arrived until the very last item was placed exactly where we wanted it, JB's crew was respectful, responsive and 100% reliable. The men worked tirelessly and diligently to attend to every detail of the move and we could not have been happier with the results. I was in a tremendous bind:Our family home had been devastated by Storm Ida, and I needed to work with a mover who could help me with the problems right now. As in help pack and move our water damaged antiques immediately and then help me assess how to approach the next phase. Joe, my first contact was professional and very kind and gave me the impression that he had seen many similar things but recognized that every situation was intensely personal to those involved.
The crew he sent yesterday to move the big heavy furniture that I needed to get out so I could manage some immediate construction was wonderful. Terrific attitudes, great hearts, strong backs and perfect packing skills. They are professional movers. Not just guys with a truck. Anyway they got me through phase 1, my stuff is packed and in the storage unit and I am really looking forward to working with them on my next phase. Thank you JB!

Moved twice with Tiago on the truck and John in the office, 2 great moves. They are pros and they have very fair prices. Hopefully I never move again but if I have to - I'm call JB.
