I left and got another storage elsewhere out of frustration. I would go to my storage and sometime i would be up on a ladder to get stuff on top of the shelf when the light would automatically shut off which is a bit dangerous because it gets really dark and you'd need to go to the hallway to get the light back on. It just became too frustrating so I found another storage facility.

I have stored various things a half dozen times over the past several. The stag is friendly and efficient. I would NEVER store anything at another storage facility. The place is clean cool and spotless. There are few businesses I'm ever motivated to review, this is definitely one of them.

I recently moved and had a lot of extra stuff that I needed to store last minute. I have never used storage before and I was baffled at how expensive it can be! I was happy to find Storbox, which had reasonable prices, amazing reviews, and a good distance from my new place. They even had a 50% off the first two months deal. That's what did it for me. But that's also the one issue I had- it wasn't really 50% the first two months.
As I went to sign the papers, they mentioned a few fees I had to add on, which hiked up the price quite a bit (still not full price though). This is all fine, but don't advertise something that's not true, I would rather you just tell me it's one month 50% off and not two. Anyways, other than that minor issue, I've enjoyed using the space, the staff is professional and assertive, customer service is good, and it feels like a secure place to be keeping my stuff.

I'm a new customer and was looking for a storage location that was credible, client-focused, clean, and secure. With the increased problems of crime related incidents and no judicial consequences, I really wanted a location not surrounded by quality of life issues. As a very selective consumer, I required specific square footage, when there wasn't a lot of availability. The Storbox team kept me abreast of upcoming vacancies and were very accommodating in securing the specific spaces requested. If your in the need of storage, it is definitely a business where you do not have to look further.

I looked around Pasadena for storage units and found Storbox had the highest rating. That meant a lot to me. I was really impressed with the security system employed, the cleanliness of the area and the attention to details by the staff. I would recommend Storbox to anyone looking for a storage unit. I feel very safe in going to this facility.
