This team is organized and quick. My calls were promptly answered, and if I had a question that a team member didn't have an answer to, I was called back same day with the answer. Even thought the international quote was higher than my buyer was interested in paying (an engine to Spain from Tennessee, go figure lol), I was very pleased/impressed with the professionalism and overall amazing customer service even though they knew I may not end up using their services. Thank you all again for your help, and I will come to you first when I finally sell this thing to ship it within the US! :)

I work for a machinery manufacturing company. We manufacture packaging machinery and needed 4 large pieces of equipment to be fully crated to ship to Bogota, Colombia. Rowe Transfer handled the crating of our pieces as well as allowing the carrier to pick up from their location (instead of bringing the crates back to our facility). I would highly recommend using their services, especially for international crating purposes.
