Moved from Littleton, Colorado to central Texas around October 2021. There was a considerable amount of damage to our items and some of our items went missing including boxes of collectibles. The one item that was completely destroyed that I cannot replace is my 2017 Gibson Standard SG that was transported in its Gibson hard case. The head stock was completely destroyed and repairs would cost more than buying a new guitar at over $1800.00. Tried to contact Paragon because their insurance company offered $6.00 to replace the Gibson. Never recieved a response. Pretty upset considering the amount we paid them to move our items safely.

From start to finish the entire outfit was top notch. They ran the entire time, and took every care w my belongings- all the while genuinely enjoying each other and their back breaking work. We used Paragon to coordinate a long distance move for my aunt. Wheaton is the larger company, and her belongings are still in storage/transit, so I can't comment on the entire process. But step 1 went well. Jamie with Paragon did a nice job on helping my aunt through the estimate and prep process. The actual packing/loading crew, Nate and Tyler were great: prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Just hope delivery in Denver goes as well as this part! I can't really comment on value as we had difficulty getting other quotes.

This place has amazing workers. One particular was a gentleman by the name of Dmitri. He is very professional and it clearly shows he know and enjoys his job and takes excellent care of his clients.
