Absolutely incredible services and support. From initializing contact to getting to know the provided services I could use to using those services to the actual move, the knowledge and help everyone along the way provided was absolutely incredible and my move couldn't have gone any smoother. My coach Izzy Lundgren was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and the moving company Armbruster was great to work with. Would 100% work with them again.

GMS made moving stress free! They handled everything professionally and timely. Always checking in to be sure we were doing ok with the move and to see if we needed anything. Gwen was our point person and she was fantastic! Very pleasant to talk to and always showed us that she cared that our move went smoothly. You are in good, no GREAT hands with GMS!

This is my 3rd relocation with this company and It has been very stressful from the start this time. The relocation coach has done a great job with communication and is very professional (that's why it isnt a 1 star rating). But the policies and temporary housing has been a nightmare. Now they will not cover my realtor expenses or cost associated to my home sale. My COLA has been denied after moving from Kentucky to Nashville TN.
My mortgage will go up $2000 so my raise has been consumed in moving for a business need. I'm considering resigning from my company because this is creating unnecessary stress and no realized pay gains for taking on more responsibilities.

Beware of this company if you are relocating. Of all the relocation companies I've worked with in my career, this one is the worst, by a long shot. They do not care about the relocating employees whatsoever. I found them personally to be verbally abusive, threatening and extremely unprofessional. When the issues where bought to their attention they just ignored them like the employee is the problem. There are a lot of relocations companies out there and you'd be better served by a different one.

Beware of this company if you are relocating. Abusive in their documents, and they do not care about the employee relocating. Unprofessional, disrespectful, aggressive at times and when things got stolen or broken, you will not get a solution, nor even a response. It has been so disappointing. Will never recommend!
