I have stored wine at Elmwood for the the last 6 years and my experience has been terrific. Melanie has always been super helpful and responsive! I recently had a very complex logistics issue arise and she was very resourceful and willing to work with me to expedite the move. In short, Melanie is great and the rest of the staff is as well! Highly recommended!

I feel secure and safe here when I go to drop things off, it is always clean and there are always carts. The only problem I have is not being able to profit from the doors in order to get the carts through when I am there by myself. However I understand the safety feature of the Auto closing doors.

Avoid picking up a U-Haul from this location if possible. I put my reservation in the day prior they could've easily called prior to my reservation to let me know it wasn't returned not as I'm in the parking lot.

Management sucks from top to bottom, Place is over priced and not worth it. Something is always broke in the building. I wouldn't recommend this storage to nobody very overhyped and over priced and the reason they get so much business is due to the area and shopping center where they're located.
