I used this company this week. We chose them because they had great reviews and were very responsive in the months leading up to our move. They checked in every month to make sure we were still on. Therefore, that gave me great confidence there would be movers at our house on move day! Ted, Steve and Jay came to our house and were so professional. They use such a neat way of communicating with each other while moving the furniture to look out to make sure nothing is hit, etc.
This was definitely the BEST experience I've had and I've used 12+ movers over the years. They will be my first call on the next move. I would recommend to everyone! A+++++++ thanks for taking good care of us.

I am truly pleased with this moving company. They did a wonderful job moving the furniture in our home today. I absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. Everyone I spoke with by phone or text were very nice and accommodating. The 2 gentlemen that came out were on time and did an outstanding job.

I have moved over 12 times and Ladd Moving is the best company I have EVER used. From my first call to last piece moved they were professional, excellent price, incredible customer service, on time, AND they so very carefully moved my fragile heavy antiques and piano. They also helped with putting pads under furniture feet. These guys were so so careful with my wood floors, my walls, the antique glass doors, the shelving, and were able to move all without a scratch. I was so so impressed with every member of crew and office staff. You can tell this is a business that actually cares and takes great pride in their work. Highly highly recommend.
