Extremely disappointed in the service we received from this company. We were expecting a bed but the moving crew delivered it to the wrong address. I don't understand how that happened, it seems very careless. We were told that they had a few more stops to make and would hopefully be able to get the correct bed from the couple they accidentally delivered it to. They didn't. The next day we get a call from the manager explaining they "might" be able to correct their mistake today but we are at the BOTTOM of their priority list so they can't say for sure. We're expected to sit around between the hours of 12 and 4 and, hopefully, they might call us. I get they're busy but it shouldn't take this long to correct their mistake.

Was on my travel trailer going 60 mph on the 5 fwy and 2 of thier trucks blew by me going at least 80 mph. Reckless, dangerous and wouldn't use them period.

Wow! The team at ASAP movers did a SPECTACULAR job on this recent move. This is the 3rd time we've used them. They've moved us from small to large homes, and from large homes to storages facilities and smaller homes. The guys take extreme care with wrapping, with covering floors and overall taking great care in pride in the work they do. It appears that either ASAP teaches/stresses "respectfulness" or they only hire people with high integrity and respectfulness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASAP!

Critical: Professionalism Very disrespectful, flying on residential roads completely ignoring speed limits or common concern for pedestrians.
