Services
Proof of ownership of the vehicle: registration papers, license, and a copy of your insurance card. The name on the Lease Agreement must match the name on the vehicle registration document. Insurance Certification: your insurance agent can fax us this proof if you do not have it. What we require is proof that your vehicle will be insured the entire time it is stored at Wilsonville Self Storage.
One of the first jobs I got out of school was working in the Justice Court in Reno. All manner of crimes went through our building. One that really impressed me at the time was a young man, maybe 18-22 years old, who had looted some self storage facilities. Over a few months, he had broken into perhaps dozens of storage units, nobody was really sure how many, and trucked away other people's possessions. He drove off with people's property past gates and cameras and on-site managers and he did it over and over again.
The only way in and out of Wilsonville Self Storage is through the front gate. Only tenants with a personalized security code can access the grounds without supervision. All traffic in and out passes in front of the windows of the building where our resident manager and handyman work and live. The facility grounds are lit and covered by security cameras.

To John Doe, Did you let anyone know that you had mice in your unit? What size of unit did you have? In which building was your unit? I work for Wilsonville Self Storage and I'm also a tenant. I've been renting here for over twelve years and have never had any mice problems. If people lets me know about any problems with mice or what not's I get right on the issue at hand, because I want to treat everyone who comes to store with us with the upmost respect. So I know that John Doe never told me or anyone in the office that he had mice.

This was the worst storage place i have ever seen. Our storage room was INFESTED with mice. Yes every storage place has potential mice issues but this was horrible. We threw away tons of our stuff because there were several nests inside drawers and in shoes! Mice feces and urine literally covered everything. We even found dead mice inside boxes. I have never seen a storage unit this bad.
Obviously they arent taking any precautions to keep the mice problem under control. Do not store your things here, there are plenty of other storages in the area. I wish we would have done our research before putting our belongings at Wilsonville self storage.
