Staff friendly and professional. First impression was solid. My experience was great since I was a few minutes late in my return of the U-Haul trailer and there was nothing said about it. I love the fact that they connect and disconnect your trailer for you, which is not always the case. I will definitely rent from them again.

Needed a van to haul plants and garden supplies. This turned out to be a great deal compared to having to either schedule a delivery or make multiple trips with a smaller vehicle. We paid about $115 for three full days and 150 miles including the damage insurance (not covered in your homeowners or vehicle insurance). We figured our savings from the weekend work was well over $300. so the van paid for itself 3 times over.

The staff was great. When we arrived the truck was ready out front. They found a better "package deal" that cut our estimated cost by 40%. reducing the mileage charge and offering the first 100 miles in the base price. Van as received was very clean and practically brand new. only a few thousand miles on it. We documented the exterior of the vehicle with pictures just to be sure. but didn't need them. Returned the van clean, inside and out, and was thanked by the staff! These folks are VERY customer oriented. Highly recommended for repeat business.

Well after being a long time customer they changed my rates (raised). And i made it clear when i initially got my unit i needed 24/7 access for my buisness. came to access my unit a few days ago and i could not get it. they turned my access off and now want to charge me 10 more dollars a month. extremely dissapointed after years of being here this how they treat customers who have never once been late on a payment. i suppose its time to move my stuff out amd try a new facility.

They have new ownership here, and they have been decent, no real complaints. They get very busy on weekends since they rent uhauls, so if you need some service, make sure you go early or on a weekday. Whenever they have an issue, they are quick to communicate with their customers, which is appreciated.

I WAS ROBBED BY SOMEONE WHOM I BELIEVE HAS "REGULAR ACCESS" TO THE ACTIVITY LOG AND SURVEILLANCE! The thief took a valuable piece of furniture, and had to have knowledge of surveillance and the activity log of my comings and goings. I have never felt so violated. I had to call the sheriff's office. An employee I spoke with would not give me the owner's name and phone number to report the incident. Now I have to make this a legal case. Rent at your own risk!

Very helpful and friendly staff. The storage area is clean and organized. Does not look like some storage facilities that appear to be junk collections. It is a very professional, secure operation.
