I have been with them about 2 months now and I have to admit it has been pretty effortless. Signing up and moving in was easy, using the app has been good and for the price a great value compared to other companies. The process to secure the rental was simple and the ability to add on insurance was easier than going through our home owners policy.
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal office hours. You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
Start by gathering as many boxes as you think you will need as well as tape, markers, and packing material (e.g., foam shipping noodles, bubble wrap, packing paper or towels). Make up an inventory list of your items and keep it in a safe place (at home or in a safe deposit box) away from the unit. Be sure your boxes are strong enough to hold 25-30 pounds (although we suggest not putting too much in each box).
