Alex and Drake were amazing! So careful with my furniture and very professional.

Had 3 people to assist with recent move and 1 seriously couldn't keep up. I'm double their age and had to assist with move to complete in a timely matter given 2 were not in shape to be doing this job. Itemed were dropped during move, which luckily were not breakable. Boxes marked as fragile had heavy boxes stacked on them. Didn't follow Covid-19 guidelines during move as website stated would be followed with none of the movers wearing masks. Had used previously in 2020 without complaints, but have told multiple people to steer clear when they have inquired about movers to use.

To top it off, they damaged all my furniture that I paid to put in their storage when paying top dollar to have it protected with reimbursement that won't even buy me a new chair for the table and chairs they damaged. They deny that the items were damaged in their care when this was the first time they were moved since purchased. Horrible customer service, horrible business that will not stand by their services or agreements.

Texted multiple times to book, no response. Called and booked my move one month out. They said they'd call the day before to confirm. I checked in the day before myself to confirm and Sandra (not Moses, wrong name) said their license was suspended and they could not perform my move THE DAY BEFORE. I have text proof and a visual voicemail as proof.

Only because I reached out. I heard NOTHING from them. Can't trust them to communicate or even confirm an appointment. And they offered no alternatives and didn't call back after that. Unprofessional and unreliable.

Used Skyline for a quick in town move of some big items. The team they sent out was very polite and moved fast!

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the crew. So many things broken, and missing. If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay clear of these crooks.

Our move was confirmed the day prior. Movers showed up early. They wrapped any fragile furniture, disassembled and re assembled our furniture without us even asking. Extremely quick and friendly. Highly recommend! Service: Local removals

Skyline Movers did outstanding job moving my furniture and personal possessions from Northwest Indiana to Tennessee. On 10/13 they showed up right on time and in about 7 hours did a masterful job of packing everything. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. The following day, their truck once again showed up right on time, and again did a thorough and professional job of carefully loading everything.

Two days later the truck showed up on time at our new Tennessee address and did yet another great job of offloading and setting up everything. Not only that, they issued a small refund check without even being asked, because their original estimate was high. Kudos to Skyline and United Van Lines. Great job. I highly recommend them if you need a professional mover.

I needed a couple burly men to get a large and heavy dresser out of the garage and up a narrow, antique stairwell. The gentlemen skillfully disassembled the furniture and carefully maneuvered the furniture into its proper place. They were very polite and friendly. I will contract them for my next move.

Skyline has been storing, delivering, unpacking, assembling and delivering furnishings to my new community developments for years. They are my vendor of choice when possible.

I've used Skyline twice, once when moving from Seattle to Chicago and most recently from Austin to Chicago. Moving cross-country is extremely stressful, but Skyline has made it as easy as possible both times. They are up-front, communicative, and proactive. I would definitely use them again.

Very unprofessional is all I can say! My husband called about a move and gave Eric the dates and he said they had them open that was on Monday but he wanted to come by and give us an estimate. So they scheduled appointment for Thursday at 4pm. But when Thursday comes Eric calls at 2pm to confirm his 3pm appointment so I told that's fine I will be here and asks me if what kind of move I'm doing, dates etc.

Than about 10 minutes later he calls me and says that he was not able to move us anymore! Wow what a great guy and company! If you you couldn't move us why didn't you just tell us on Monday and why would you call to confirm an appointment?! Clearly they don't stand behind their word! I would never recommend them!

Eric Dillard was wonderful. I received prompt and courteous services from him. I moved from University Park to Austin, Texas. The movers were United Van Lines and the driver was Juan C. Ollive. I have finally retrieved the box I thought was missing with valuable electronic items, my sister's ashes and fur jacket. I am grateful that Home Depot delivered my washer and dryer and the box was discovered.

I have yet to find the oversize dishes in a medium box. Those items are replaceable. I humbly apologize for my egregious error when I telephoned Skyline and when I submitted a prior rating earlier today. I tipped the movers and drivers generously. I told the driver I thought some boxes were missing. I should have signed the document with a codicil until I was able to thoroughly inspect my items. I hope Juan enjoyed his $80. tip and the drivers enjoyed their $50. tips. The world will continue to revolve and I will spread the word.

I can not say enough about this company. Prior to our move they handled the set up extremely professionally and efficiently. He movers were polite and took a lot of pride in their work. We have moved any times, never had an experience this good!

I moved from Chicago to Houston, and I could not have been more pleased with the process. The price was very fair; my stuff arrived well within the time frame given; and the entire team, both in Chicago and Houston, was very communicative during the entire process. I would use Skyline movers (who work with United for long-distance moves) again both for a long distance move or for a local Chicago move, and I have recommended them to several people.

The guys from Skyline Movers came to our place today to pack us up for our move from Chicago to NC. They truly went above and beyond and did a quality job. The three man crew was extremely friendly and catered to all of my wife and I's requests and checked with us throughout the packing process to make sure they were doing things the way we wanted. I would highly recommend them if you want your move done right!

I moved from Hazel Crest to Los Angeles. They never called to tell me what time they were coming so I just got up at 8, they came at 8:30 but they are supposed to let you know what time they are coming. They did a good packing up the place however they did mess up the paint a bit but oh well. I later was upset with them becasue they sent my tv but not include the plug! who does that!

They took the mirror off my dresser and did not tell me where the screws were! I later found at the bottom of my underwear drawer ( nasty!). They called me the next day to tell me they were thinking i would get my stuff about wednesday or thursday. I was upset because it did not come till Friday. not that big of a deal but tell me thursday or friday if thats what u are thinking! I could never get a hold of the driver when i tried calling him and they would not get a hold of him for me. just very displeased~
