Titan Moving

I booked Titan on short notice and they showed up at the agreed time, ready to go. The gentlemen were very respectful and responsive to our needs. Throughout the moving process, all three movers were very helpful, and took the time to set up and level the washer and dryer. I'd certainly hire Titan Moving again. We made the move from Phoenix to Wichita and hired professional teams every step of the way, Titan being the last team--from the rental house in Wichita to our new home. Thanks, guys!

Justin John & Ryan were proficient, efficient & thorough. They were easy to guide & approachable when I needed to instruct on certain item placement. I felt safe with them in my home(s). I would recommend this crew to anyone seeking quality, professional approach & ease in scheduling move. The entire process from hiring crew to move was fluid. Much appreciation!

Unfortunately this will be the first and last time using this moving company. I knew we made a mistake hiring this moving company within minutes of them helping us move. It consisted of a 2 man crew; however, the younger individual you could tell had no experience moving. Right from the start they felt rushed and were making little mistakes. Breaking our rake within the first few minutes.

It then became much worse. The younger individual decided he would move a bed headboard on his own. He went downstairs with it and ruined the wall in our brand new house. Was rushing and didn't pay attention and removed paint, at least 6 inches. We had to halt moving and get the manager involved because of how bad the damage was. The manager came to try to "fix" it but it was a terrible paint job and you can tell it was their quick fix.

Every time I walk by my stairs I get triggered all over again. I'm very surprised we still had to pay for this move honestly for how poor the quality was. Do not recommend this company! I recommend using Mighty Movers. We used them once before and now will go back to them after this horrible experience. It doesn't appear I can respond back to your response so adding it below my original review.

I wasn't aware I had to leave a review right away so I apologize I waited a few weeks. I have many people who ask for my opinion on movers since I've moved twice now so I thought I should leave honest feedback for those who value Google reviews as much as I do. The comment about the poor quality move is what it was, poor quality. An item was broken and my wall was damaged, so it was poor quality as I don't consider that good quality.

In regards to the dirt. I'm sorry that our new home has dirt around it. Most new builds do not have landscaping already completed. In regards to the wind and cold weather, that is also something I as a customer can not control. If weather is a factor in a quality move then I don't recommend offering services in the winter. What can be controlled is how fast and careful you move. This review is to share feedback on our experience. Thank you.

I was scheduled to have furniture delivered from a furniture store. I had waited 2 mos for the furniture to arrive to the store. The morning the furniture was scheduled to deliver, the delivery truck had broken down and I was going to have to reschedule. Since the furniture was in the warehouse I was able to pick it up. I called Titan moving in the morning and Angela was very nice and help provide excellent customer service! The crew was able to go to the furniture store later that same day and deliver my furniture. The crew was very professional and again provided excellent customer service!

Justin, Jaydin, John, and Thomas were very efficient, and professional. Not just to us, but to each other, which is rare to experience these days. They helped each other, were polite and respectful. They obviously have a great leader. In the past we used Titan to move our parents, which were great experiences then as well. Brian, you should be very proud of this team. We are!

The guys were speedy, super friendly and very knowledgeable! We already have the second half of our move booked and that will be Titan move number four for our family. Shout out to Dakota, JP, Chase and Jaydin - top notch crew! Angela in the office is always so cheerful and helpful.

We had to have items palletized for international shipment and Titan Moving was great to work with. The office was very courteous and pleasant and went out of their way to work us in. The crew they sent over, Justin and Jaden, were absolutely awesome! These guys showed up ready to work, assessed the load and got the work done. They were extremely professional and helpful. The Titan crew where phenomenal. I moved several weeks ago and Cameron and JP were awesome. Super polite, timely, and great to work with. There was a mix up when the office took down my delivery address (and the office initially took down the incorrect moving date as well but luckily we caught that prior to moving day), but Cameron and JP didn't charge me for the extra time when they were guided to the incorrect address. Overall, a great experience with the moving crew, but double check your reservation details when you book your appointment.

Zach & Jayden were awesome! Such nice young men. So professional. Eager to do the best job possible! Went above and beyond in moving my sister! Price was also much better than most of the other places we called. Would use again and recommend.

Titan moving no-call no-showed on my moving day. We had to contact them several times to find out they weren't coming due to someone else's move being larger than described. Titan lacked the courtesy to warn us, which is now causing significant hardship with our home inspection, and just adding stress to an already stressful situation.

I had an appointment for a quote at 4 pm. By 5 pm no one had shown up I called to see if they were still coming. I was told I was not on the list and that it must have been a computer glitch. She said she would have the estimator out at 4 the next day. I gave her my phone, address and name again. I did not receive a phone call or anything and no one showed. I will not give them another chance. I have to give one star to post, they deserve no stars.

We've moved three times in the last two years and this was the worst experience - we had better luck finding a random crew of guys off Craigslist to unload a U-Haul. We were quoted for four guys for six hours. They showed up an hour late with only three (they did call me the morning of to say one guy called out sick). Not even 30 minutes in one of the guys left for two hours for an eye appointment and when he came back he didn't do any work; he just hung out by the truck making phone calls and eventually they sent him home.

Since we only had two guys instead of a four man crew our move time went from 9a-3p to 10a-midnight. They still charged us for a 9am arrival and for the two hours the one guy disappeared. They also charged us the disposal fee for all the tape and wrapping that they left in our garage. I don't know if our stuff was intentionally taken either, but one of the guys was telling us about his dog breeding business and we had a brand new 60-lb bag of expensive specialty dog food go missing.

A lot of our stuff was also severely scratched up and damaged. When I called to tell them about our experience I was told the general manager would call me and that it was unacceptable. I never did get a phone call, but they sent me a refund for the disposal fee and only one hour of labor for one guy. We spent several hundred more than the initial quote plus ended up with an EXTREMELY long day due to their incompetence.

I hired them to move a safe from a 'big box' store on the west side of Wichita to my home. When the crew arrived at the retailer, they were extremely rude to the store staff and, per the store manager, had to be asked to leave once the crew retrieved the safe due to their egregious behavior. The crew delivers the safe to my home, and upon. arriving, noticed the safe was damaged.

I called the retailer and they told me to have the safe returned. The crew took it upon themselves, without my knowledge or consent, to call the other retailer in Wichita and were allegedly told the retailer had a safe in stock. The crew arrived at the other store only to find out there was no safe in stock. Their egregious behavior was the same towards the employees at this store.

The crew finally arrived at the first store where I was waiting for them and the safe to be returned, I might add 1.5 hours late due to their errors. In the end, I still had to pay almost $500 for a $250 job. Do not hire this company!

My son had an appointment with Titan a week ago. They were a no show/no call. When he called to find out where the movers were, he was told that they had a scheduling conflict and wouldn't make it. He was in a bind and locally, after several calls, found Gina O'Ryan. Titan says in their mission statement that they are professional and they now. how stressful moving is, and that they want to help alleviate some of that stress. Well thanks for not showing up, and thanks for not having the decency to call, and thanks for not even apologizing Titan.

Alex and Trent were great! They were professional, on time and a HUGE help! I even forgot one of my curtain rods in the truck and they brought it back to me. Great service will definitely recommend!!

Titan moving made our moving experience amazing! I would use them again & again. They were very respectful, everything was put in the right spots, & they were fast.

Lady on the phone is super sweet! They really try and save you money by using blankets or whatever you have to load things into the trailer. $180 for 2 movers for minimum 2 hours, 50$ gas, $30 plastic wrap, $15 for ratchet. Moving guys were super nice and friendly. Would recommend again!

My mom used them and I loved working with them they showed up early and very respectful always saying thank you! There slogan is true and they made moving fun thank you Bryan for sending us two of your best guys Christian and Ron! Very professional and well mannered employees!!!

I asked movers if they hook up washers and dryers and they said yes and did it. A few days later, we use the washing machine and our basement flooded because they did not put the hose on correctly cause a huge loss. They left a gash in our dry wall that we were going to let go and just repair. When I called, Bryan said the workers should not be doing that.

How do movers not know this? I highly recommend not using these guys. It's been a mess and I hope no one has to go through this. It's already stressful enough moving. Update: Bryan helped pay for damages caused and that really helped us. He didn't have to but chose to. We really appreciate his integrity. Outside of the incident (which we learned a valuable lesson from) they were on time, worked hard and did a great job.

Brian as the manager was superb. He was professional and friendly. His bid was dead on and there were no surprises. Whole process was very easy because of him. The crew of four was the best we have ever had and surpassed national operations in quality. Darrell led an extremely hard working crew that were fast, but extremely respectful of our items.

They protected all items carefully. Chris is a master at placing items in the truck too. He and Darrell fit us in a truck, I did not believe could happen. Previous mover used two trucks. Cooper and Ron are polite and hard working. Cooper is considerate of property both being moved and the home itself. He is proactive in care. Ron always "has your back" and works continuously. They are just simply fantastic.

This move with Titan turned out to be our best ever! Brian and his crew were so accommodating and polite. The men were very careful with our things and time efficient. Bryan and his crew are wonderful. Very professional, hardworking, and kind. They take extra precautions to make sure your furniture does not get damaged during the move and when it is being placed in the home. We will always use Titan Moving from now on. Think of all the things you wouldn't want a moving company to do, and these guys probably did it. First of all, called to confirm the time, then arrived an hour and a half early, and still charged even though we weren't ready to begin. Broken shelves, scratched table, torn leather couch. Left a big, black, smeared handprint on the wall. Dropped 2 separate boxes that of course were fragile, then acted like it didn't happen. Hung out the moving truck window to holler at a friend at a nearby gas station - had a full blown yelling conversation while at the light. And to top it off, the quoted price and actual charged price were $200 in difference, not in my favor. Just.the most unprofessional things I've ever seen.

Almost Killed My Dog You could use Titan Moving or you could choose a company who actually values your business and understands the responsibilities associated with entering your HOME. During our move, Titan Moving took liberties at our arrival location that allowed one of our dogs to escape, and subsequently get seriously injured. The onsite supervisor wasn't mature enough to handle the situation.

He allowed his guys to continue chasing my dog and across a major highway, even after I begged them not to because they were scaring him. They even charged me for the time they spent chasing my dog, which was more than two hours for two movers. After five hours of searching, we returned home with a severely injured dog to see they had left items that belong inside our home in the garage, not even completing their assignment.

The reason? They had spent too much time trying to "help" me. My phone calls with the owner were heavy with excuses and condescension. After saying he would come by my home to discuss the issue, he never showed. Which perfectly sums up their business ethics in one swoop. So if you use Titan Moving I hope you don't have children or pets.

We recently used Titan after a company i had used in the past didn't have the availability to move us. They were very kind and willing to squeeze me in on my time schedule. They got behind on a job so were late to move me but showed up with several movers instead of the two I had scheduled! They were fast, careful, and efficient. Bryan with Titan Moving personally moved a bedroom full of items for me from one town to another nearby town. The service was remarkable and I would without question recommend Titan Moving to anyone looking for a quality-priced move with a considerate and knowledgeable team!

In my most recent move, I was searching for someone to come and help me load all of my stuff into a rented truck. Many other moving companies don't provide loading services if you aren't using one of their trucks - Titan wasn't like this. I worked with Brian and gave him the date of my move and he quoted me an estimated time and price and it was smooth sailing from there.

The two guys came promptly at the time we had agreed upon, moved everything quickly and efficiently. They were polite, professional, and quick! What we thought would take us close to 4 hours only took 2. I expected to pay for the time I had reserved, but they only charged us for the time that they actually spent working. They also came with many moving materials that we didn't have or think about (furniture blankets, plastic wrapping, straps, etc.) and all of the materials were reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Titan Moving for anyone in Wichita looking for help packing, loading, unloading, or for the entire moving process. Fantastic company!!

My 78 yr old mother used this company in Oct. 2015 two months after her husband passed away suddenly. The owner Bryan Shields is quite the piece of work pretending to be all friendly, devout, supportive to a grieving stressed out elderly woman. No problem we will move no contract, no estimate. Movers were nice guys but broke several things and by end of day were in such a hurry it was a mess. Bryan Shields asked to be paid in the parking lot the next day I told him to give me an itemized bill first.

He put her things in the storage unit and was supposed to leave the key never did, won't answer phone anymore and still no key. Total jerk stay away if you care for your loved one.

Just discovered Titan Moving this afternoon.had a delivery that they picked up in Hutchinson and delivered/installed in my house. They were very polite, professional and took great care in their surroundings. I will absolutely use them again.

I recently moved and needed to have my truck unloaded quickly. Bryan answered my call and sent out to great guys within an hour. They had all my stuff out of a 16' truck in an hour!

I needed a last minute move for some of my mom's furniture and belongings when she moved from Assisted Living to Memory Care at Oxford Grand. We packed up one day and the next day Titan moved for us to a storage facility. Took some pressure off me to get it done quickly and Titan did an excellent job and communicated with me in the process. Thank you again, Bryan!
