Services
We rent many different sizes of U-Haul trucks and trailers for your moving convenience. We also rent One-Way truck, trailer and car transports and accept One-Way drop offs for all Uhaul equipment. Along with trucks and trailers we also offer car transports, utility dollies, appliance dollies, furniture pads(blankets), and more.

Rented the truck at 3/4 fuel. Returned the truck at 3/4 fuel. The employee that returned the truck assumed it was supposed to be at full not 3/4 so he charged me for the premium fuel. I called and argued it immediately, he realized his mistake and said he took care of it. They have now hit my account with Two $106.69 payments and one for $130.78. They say they can't do a dam thing for me and gave me the number to corporate uhaul. Terrible customer service, rude responses, and an extra $237 and change in payment that I'm fighting to get back.

Corporate reservation was given to the people in front of me because "it makes more money going one way" I had the reservation for the truck made multiple days in advanced, and business is riding on it. The service was insanely rude and unorganized and after he hands my truck off to another customer, he just shoves me off to another location without confirming that the truck is actually available. Insane.

We came in to simply rent a trailer but there was a discrepancy between their computer and Uhaul customer service. As we tried to figure out the issue, Maria couldn't figure it out, got angry at us for asking why they were charging more than the uhaul across town, and started yelling at us to leave. By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in any industry. Do not visit this business if you want a pleasant experience.
