We have just had our piano player moved from our house today to a charity organization close by. Zack and Daniel were great. Their care and smooth work were amazing. Thank you so much!

Bill is GREAT! I have used them twice in the past 2 years and they were not only reliable, curtious, and got the job done perfectly but also at the lowest price point I found. If you are going to move a piano use the piano movers!

Bill and his assistant did a great Job moving a valued, family piano for me. The price was the lowest of all of the movers and piano movers that I had contacted when first planning this move. Bill was very responsive to my questions and it was very easy to schedule the move.

I contacted a few piano moving service companies to get estimates, and some were just plain ridiculous! Bill was very reasonably priced, and his customer service/ communication was wonderful! He kept me updated on the arrival times for pickup/delivery and everything went so smoothly - highly recommended! Thank you! Service: Local moving

The man who owns this company (and apparently also moves the pianos) is absolutely unhinged. He viciously cursed and screamed at his employee when they were moving a piano into my home. It got to the point where my neighbors called me to see if I needed the police. I was mortified. He also broke the piano during the move and then became angry with me when I asked him to fix it, rather than wait for *his* technician to come fix it for a separate fee.

I have since been told by other piano repair/moving companies that this man has a reputation across Long Island for his unprofessional, classless, and frightening behavior. Never again.

This was the third piano mover I contacted regarding moving an upright piano. Not only was the price fair and reasonable, but the communication was top notch. From the first time I reached out, The Piano Mover kept in regular contact with me, never leaving me to wonder when the job would be done and how. The move itself was seamless and the gentlemen who did the delivery were very courteous and expedient. I would highly recommend this company if you need a piano moved!

We recently had Bill and crew move an 80's upright piano from our ground level garage into our basement via a tight/turning staircase. They flawlessly achieved the task without a mark on a wall or scratch on the piano all within 45min of arriving. Great customer service, fast, reliable and extremely careful with instrument/house. In my opinion they were very reasonably priced for the services delivered. Highly recommended!

Bill is the best! I will never have my piano moved by anyone else. Not only did him and his team move my baby grand gently (from a 3 story loft) but they stored it for months in a climate controlled environment until they delivered it to my new place! Easily reachable and responsive to all of my questions too. Awesome job thanks for everything again!

Bill and his guys did a great job moving our piano. From the beginning he was very prompt in responding back to messages and answering any questions I had. He was very careful moving the piano in our home and very considerate of any noise level considering I had a napping baby upstairs! Thank you!

After reviewing multiple piano movers - the production company I work for chose Bill the Piano Mover. He was extremely communicative and attentive. Along with good coordination - Bill was able to fit us into his schedule last minute and was extremely helpful regarding questions, the process, etc. If you need a piano mover - Bill is the guy to go to!

Had The Piano Movers deliver a piano to my house. They were the best. Very professional, on time and stayed in contact with me the whole time to let us know where they were and when they would arrive. Overall great experience and very reasonable. Also, used them to come back to tune the piano. Again great experience, professional and honest.

Bill is wonderful to work with. My husband and I hired Bill to refurbish a dear friends piano, an older Baldwin. We were donating the piano to the Boys and Girls Club, and we wanted to ensure the piano was in perfect pitch. Needless to say, the piano needed a fair amount of work. Bill understood the importance of the piano (emotional connection to it) and treated the piano with the utmost of care.

He spent over two weeks working on the piano. He had to disassemble the piano, remove the action, repaired all of the broken parts on the action, made all of the adjustments as in accordance with the factory specs. And then he tuned it. All for a price I couldn't believe. I so appreciate the fact that Bill understood the emotion and connection to the piano and worked to restore it. If you need any work done on your piano, you must speak with Bill.

I recently purchased a delicate 1930's Baby Grand. Bill and his team managed to transfer this gem from Woodmere harbor to Huntington so seamlessly! Bill was an excellent communicator, a man of his word and gave a Fair and decent price. Not only was the baby grand in perfect condition upon arrival, but he assisted us with where the best place to position it would be.

I chose The Piano Mover because a friend of mine used him twice and highly recommended him. I too highly recommend Bill- The Piano Mover. When I am ready for a tuning and a refinishing I will also use The Piano Mover!

Bill and his colleague Moved my grandmother's piano, a beloved family heirloom from 1930's. (very very dear to my heart) from Manhasset to their storage in Bohemia long island.and will be doing a mini overhaul/cleaning/facelift on it.then they will be moving it to my new apt in Queens. Bill is so knowledgeable.does not try to upsell you.appears very very honest.

They were EARLY, which was great for me.so unbelievably easy to communicate with. I'm actually not worried! I researched 5 other companies that were double the price. This guy is fast, fair, doesn't waste time chit chatting and has a clear love for the instrument. I implicitly trust him with this antique.was totally honest and said, it sounds great, needs a few tweaks with the hammers, needs a cleaning, polishing and don't worry bout the other stuff until I have money to spend on a major stripping/refurbishing.which, he said, is not necessary. You gotta love that. I love honest people.
