Tried calling the Fort Collins number with questions. Got some rude man in Tennessee who served many facilities. He was very unhelpful and said the Fort Collins location doesn't have on-site employees. How on earth are we supposed to visit the place to see if we'd like to rent a spot?

These guys were great and noticed my post on Google. They gave me a call a few days later and thought something might be wrong but NOPE! We are very happy with our secured unit that you need a pass code to get into! Thanks Guys!

They were very nice and clean. Very quick to respond on email or phone. Moving in and out was a very easy process. However there were a few things that didn't work for me (which is why I left). The first is that they do not have a person of contact for the Fort Collins location. This ended up being a problem because if something could not be solved over the phone or email, you were on your own or SOL. Also something important to note is that the fence that is supposed to secure the property does not go all the way around the facility. This means that anyone can walk in.

They cancelled my storage on the day I needed it. People on the phone were not helpful at all. Office had no staff present. Very unprofessional and I recommend anywhere else for storage.

I love this place! Super great people even though I've never met anyone face to face because of covid. They manage remotely but also drop in to check on things. super security, coded entry, late and early hours, climate controlled and oh my gosh, so clean! And the prices are very competitive. I love how they check to make sure no one's living in there which made me feel all that much safer. Thx guys! Keep up the good work!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is was no one staffed in the office on a Monday or Tuesday morning and the inside units are not accessible for large furniture even though that's where the 10x15 units are *Update- Heard back from the local manager and he helped make it right by transferring our unit to an outdoor and comping the first and second month.

Although it's not climate controlled and we can't get back the 4 hours wasted trying to get this figured out, we are happy with how they handled the situation. *UPDATE #2 - After agreeing to giving us two months free for our extreme inconvenience at the beginning of this fiasco we have now been billed for the second month. Tried to get in touch with the manager via email and called headquarters but no answers on either end. As you can imagine, we are not happy.

Modern and well maintained. Good prices, state of the art gate entry system and outstanding access to all units. Just switched units and everything went smoothly. I think you should give Seth a big raise. He's the reason I've been a customer since 2017. He's an outstanding manager.

No one mentioned that the elevator that takes you to the indoor climate controlled unit was so small that large items would not fit. Also to get a large item downstairs required going down a narrow set of stairs which also didn't work. We had to take the emergency exit down 20 stairs to get to our unit. I hope we can get it out when we are done. Otherwise, the outdoor unit was great. The office was not always staffed until 6 pm as advertised.
