Family owned. Although small storage business, has surveillance cameras everywhere & gated above & beyond a simple chain linked fence to ensure saftey & deter thieves. Incredible staff. Keep the place obsessively safe & incessantly clean, which I like. Will work what's best for you at their prices/rates. Adam, the young cat ( jet blk hair to his shoulders), is meticulous in what he does & has a desirable kindness that's very contagious. I enjoy him immensely. The women are efficient, courteous & helpful. They are a delight.

Overall, since obtaining my storage unit here in August of 18, I have had only positive experiences with this facility. Office personnel and the manager are all very efficient, kind and very helpful. The storage units, ranging from very small to huge (too many to list and in between odd sizes also offered), are all located on a single level throughout the facility, with the majority of them located outside, with the advantage of being able to drive right up to one's unit, and parking.
For those who would rather have an inside unit there are plenty to choose from with only a slight increase in price. I was also very lucky in getting a great deal when I moved in; paying half price for 6 months. Their promotional specials vary, depending on the time of the year and availibilty of units, but in general you can find some type of special being offered there. security has been great, with 24-hour video surveillance, and has no history of break-ins.
Only thing that has been a little difficult for me at times is that the access hours are the same as the office hours, and that has made it difficult for me to make it there on a few occasions; although I do think that this helps with security also.

I miss placed or missed to lock correctly the lock and these guys were there and beyond for me, picked up and save the lock, replaced with a temporary one and made sure, I was who I said I was before they gave back my own lock, all this with no extra cost, really good costumer service. And they kept on calling to let me know what had happened, nice.
