We came in to rent a storage unit and was met with friendly service from Alex. He showed us all of the available options and was helpful when we were deciding which one to choose. The storage unit we got was climate controlled and was extremely clean. The hallways and inside of the building was well-kept.

One of the worst storage companies I've ever rented it. They raised my rent without even notifying me. I go to talk to someone in the office and no one is there. I called and no one answered the phone either. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional. I will be filing a grievance with the Better Business Bureau and/or whoever regulates these types of facilities.
