We rented a unit in the Grand Forks, ND location; my son is a student at UND and is made more sense to store his belongings for summer break than lug them 700 miles home. The units are temperature controlled and they offer a variety of sizes. The pricing of these units is fair. The owner is very straight forward with the rules for renting. They even offer a moving truck free for move in. Not only would I recommend Storage Max to others, we will utilize them for all our storage needs in the area.
