Remember to include a Survival Kit for anything you might need during the first few days after moving, such as special foods, prescription drugs, some basic tools, bathroom essentials, kitchen essentials, keys to your new home and other miscellaneous items such as your checkbook, a clock, a telephone, etc.

Should you lose your key and need your lock removed, give us a call at 1-800-786-7348 to schedule an appointment. Please notify us 10 days in advance of your planned vacate date. When you're finished with the space, all we ask is that it's completely empty and your lock is removed, so you won't be charged further rent.

THEY HAD REALLY SURPRISED ME WITH THE AMOUNT OF "MY JUNK" THEY COULD JUST REALLY CRAM IT INTO SOME EXTREMELY TIGHT SPOTS.GIVE IT A WHIRLAROUND

We have been storing at this location for a few months now. The unit was clean, access is easy, making payments is easy. My husband even forgot to lock the unit properly one day and we received a call to let us know. They walk the grounds to check on units. We couldn't be more pleased. We also got a great deal online.

When I did my reservation online I needed 2 units and it would only let me do one. I hit the chat button and asked them to call. The rep called right away and was so friendly and helpful. It's was outstanding customer service, and he even helped me save more money.

Two friends (We'll call them Bob and Sam) and I rented a 10x30 Unit from the Belmont location to store our motorcycles in. Apparently it is against the rules to be inside of your rented storage unit and have the door closed regardless of the weather outside. One of their workers stopped at our unit and honked his car horn until Sam came outside so he could tell us that we couldn't be inside with the door shut.

We said "Ok, can we have it partially closed?" and he said yes. The next day Bob went to the entry gate and input our code and the code was deactivated. I called in and the office person told me "we deactivated your code to force you to call in". She then proceeded to tell me the same thing the other worker did. In my opinion that was a little heavy handed.

We had already been warned and complied. A simple phone call to me would have been more than sufficient. To top it off a few hours later they called Sam who has a different unit in the same facility and warned him that I knew his code and had input it eight times incorrectly earlier that day. (Think about that statement, if I knew the code why would I input it incorrectly?) Anyway I had not been at the storage unit that day at all. Secondly, it was Bob who had input "MY" code five times because they had deactivated it and didn't tell me. Sam informed the employee who called that we were all friends and weren't involved in anything illegal, just three guys with five motorcycles who liked to clean them and get them winterized.

The employee then reiterated the company rule and told him they "were going to closely monitor us". Needless to say we found other accommodations that don't use draconian tactics and threaten us. YMMV

I have had my storage unit for several years now and I'm happy with the prices may be a little high sometimes but it's okay

The person i spoke with on the phone was top notch. The unit was nice and clean. And the prices were not the.the only thing shocking. I got zapped when i tried to unlock and lock my door. My hands have been hurting for hours now. Cant access my unit at all. But someone is handling it for now.

Super easy to use and these people are friendly. I was in the podium, rented my unit and out within 15 minutes. Quick and easy The unit is clean and perfect size for my needs, I thought it was going to be smaller Area is secure and recorded with multiple cameras that I was told are monitored by a real life person 24 hours a day The ONLY down side is, you can only enter the property during certain hours. Which for the price; security and friendly staff this is acceptable I assume Thank you

Very helpful, friendly staff! They offer a very well lit and secure facility. It was extremely easy to obtain a unit, there were zero hassles. I'd definately recommend Storage express before any other competitors.
