Each unit goes through a 25 point inspection between rentals to assure you the cleanest, best possible unit.

The units for the most part were clean and well kept but we changed storage locations when a homeless person moved in next to our unit. We reported this to the manager but were told they were just helping out a friend. The smell became so bad that we had to move.

Nice, clean, and affordable. It's a smaller complex, so you don't have to walk too far if you have an indoor unit. It seems pretty secure, I haven't seen any shadiness near it. Overall a pretty good place for short term or long term rentals.
