Love this place staff is amazing it's very clean and love that the entire facility is air conditioned so in the summer it's never boiling hot Inside storage units your stuff doesn't get ruined or smell stale and musty

The people are great, I've been there for nine years now and I've never had a problem and they keep their facility spotless. Everyone is kind and courteous and if you ever have a problem, they will work with you

Very clean and modern storage facility, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they have a real willingness to help. Bernadette was a big help with deciding the size of unit we needed. They also offer a free truck and driver to help you get moved in.

Good storage units, great place for keeping your wine. The main issue they have is poor customer service and their non-customer-friendly fees. You'll be charged $50 for leaving late the business premises, even it's 5 mins. I finished moving on my 2nd day and I was late 20 mins, wanted to negotiate the fees and they refuses it. I talked with Esperanza about the issue and it seems like I was to pushy with her to remove the fees, so I was nicely told to move out after 5th day of being there. It hurts when they don't want to listen and help. Overall it's very secure storage.
