Outstanding! New, clean, excellent service with very helpful staff. We recently downsized from a 3,800 square foot home which we lived in for 20 years to a 1,600 square foot home. With 20 years of accumulation, we needed a rental to store excess furniture, etc. We found the perfect, highly secure, climate controlled rental unit that has bright lights and the perfect size.
This has a drive in loading and unloading area and a moving van that can be used upon reservation at no cost with a rental agreement. We highly recommend this storage rental center to anyone in need of short term or long term storage. Thank you.

This is a great storage facility! Extremely clean and well-maintained. They have dolly's and carts available to help move into your unit, and also a truck available for free use to help move in. We are moving from Minnesota and needed a place to store our belongings while selling our old house and waiting for the new house to be finished. Very well lit and open. Two elevators are available to avoid waiting on them. Also, bathrooms and waiting room. The owners/operators are very friendly and helpful.

I've waited a few years for a facility like this to come to Sioux Falls and I was not disappointed. Rental process was quick and straight forward. Owner and staff were both very friendly and informative. The easy access to the facility and amount of room I've regained in my house has made this one of my best decisions yet.

We just completed a 3 month use of the facility and have only positive things to say. First the process of signing up was easy and user friendly. The staff was helpful, professional and always friendly. The carts to aid in moving items assisted the ease of the storage. The garage access means your never having to worry about unloading or loading in bad weather.
They had staff repeatedly cleaning all areas of the building and with all the virus stuff going on that was reassuring. The climate control meant I never worried about my items in storage. Best storage unit experience ever! I'd high recommend to all.

I was really excited to see this place wa open when we decided to sell our house and move in with my in-laws while trying to sell. We had the best experience with getting our storage unit reserved, connecting with the staff via phone and in person, and the check in process was amazingly easy. I appreciated the value that was placed in making sure I felt comfortable with leaving our house items there.
The location was a big plus for me as well. It's easy access, once you receive your keys; and includes a huge area for unloading items. I am definitely going to make sure that our family and friends know about this place!
