What an exceptional staff. I've had a unit here since 2010 and always been pleased with the site and service. The owners and staff are professional, timely and compassionate. Most recently, I went to my site (in the cold and rain) for a specific item. I just came from having a medical procedure and didn't quite have the strength in my arms. Jay noticed me at my unit and immediately offered to help with the roll up door and even removed the additional ice in front. This goes to show the work ethic and compassion for their daily encounters! Keep up the great service!
