Forget the gentleman's name that helped us with purchasing boxes and packing material but he was super helpful. We just moved into the neighbor and may not have storage needs any time soon but will for sure be back for your shipping services and other supplies. Thank you for helping us get over the finish line in our move!

I've been using this place for over 2 years now. The staff is friendly and it's pretty convenient with OK pricing. ** I will say that the past few months there seems to be a large population of mice running around there. My storage shed looked like a Mickey Mouse poop factory.

Excellent experience at this location. The staff members are helpful and courteous. Moving trucks have several possible areas to unload in the parking lot.

Have been renting a storage place here for a few months now. Derick Thymes and Shannon are the absolute best!. If your looking for a storage facility, this place is the best! Derick is always willing to help and the facility is top notch and clean. Can't go wrong renting a storage unit here if you need more space.

Absolutely great service. Todd jumped through many hoops to accommodate us and made the process a great experience. Really went above and beyond to help us during this pandemic. Storage is storage, but the customer service and integrity of this company is what makes this place stand out from all the rest. Great job guys. Appreciate the extra hustle!

We looked at several locations to "stor" our property. When we visited your W. Pecan St. location we were immediately impressed by the easy access and the obvious pervasive entry & video security. Then we met Derick Thymes. Mr Thymes impressed us right away with his easy professionalism, sense of humor and modesty, showcasing of the storage options, confident overall security and explanation of details.

The selection of moving products right at hand, again without any purchasing pressure, was very helpful. He "made the sale" seamlessly no pressure just strong easy confidence. We felt this would be a safe and secure location based on his presentation, the property set up including the 24 hour on site presence. Please tell him (and y'all) thank you for us.

Stay away from this place. I've had a storage unit here for more than ten years. What the current management is best at is raising their rates. They are now about twice the local market. Pretty much everything else about them is below average. Carts you can use are falling apart. Dust and dirt in the halls works into the units, along with damaging insects. they have about 30 rat traps around the place. Hmmmm.

Wonder why. The overall service they provide has declined steadily - for example you can no longer dispose of recyclables in their bank of dumpsters which was allowed and was of value for years. No more. No reduction in rents with the elimination of this service. Except some people are allowed to use them as I saw on my last visit when I was told the new policy, so I guess only special people. Latest problem is that something leaked waxy crap through the ceiling of my unit and stained my furniture, clothes, a rug, artwork, boxed items, etc.

I waited to hear from them, on what they plan to do about it, but nothing. Their reply the day I moved out my belongings was, fundamentally, 'you should not have stored your stuff here'. Be forwarned. They are pretty close to me, but for the $140 I can save each month by moving a couple of miles for the same unit, it is no contest. Sad they have gone downhill so far.

When I called to let them know I'd be moving my things out in a few days, Todd could not have been nicer. He immediately took me off of auto pay and emailed the receipt for the days I had left. The day that I did move everything out of the unit, both Todd and Dave were extremely friendly. I think their rates are comparable if not better than most places in the area. I dealt with STOR again recently and the 3 that I dealt with bent over backwards to help me. It's just so rare to find that in this day and time.

This is a very nice and clean storage place. I have been using them for a couple years and I couldn't recommend them more! Todd is always kind and very helpful. The prices are also very competitive! I Definitely send my friends and family to Stor Self Storage.

Brilliant! Stor self storage location with USPS substation. It's like a mini post office without the loooooong line. I'm usually in/out in no time. This place is quiet, clean & well stocked with all the regular postal supplies as well as moving/storage needs. The guys are really nice, super helpful & the parking is great too! I hesitated reviewing this place as I intended keeping this place all to myself. But as an only child, I really need to learn to share! So swing by this location for all your storage and postal needs. This place is a hidden gem!

Great place to store you items. Very clean and well maintained. Todd the manger is very helpful, kind, and easy to work with. Access is great with a loading dock that is easy to back up to.

Todd Dunn, Manager of Stor Self Storage is the BEST in my Happy Camper opinion! I was shown what I described as my ideal request to David, who then very professionally and pleasantly showed me. Upon returning to the office Todd took over to get me all set up. Todd was also extremely expert when answering my questions and guided me to discover the questions I didn't even know to ask. We are in the real estate staging business and recently switched storage units to Stor Self Storage on Slaughter Lane in Austin. We could not be more pleased and confident with our decision to go with Stor Self Storage. Not only was their pricing very competitive, Todd and his team have always been very pleasant to work with, eager to help and accommodating through the whole process of set-up, move-in, and now ongoing storage. The facility is clean, well lit and secure-5 star rating.

I moved into this unit a couple months ago. When we called Todd said we could have 2 months half off since they did not have the unit size we wanted so had to go with a bigger one. When I signed my lease he took that offer off of the table. At that point I needed something right away but was very annoyed. At the beginning of July I called to make sure he still wouldn't give me the offer he told me he would and he said no, so I told him I would be leaving at the end of the month.

I did not know my exact move date and it was last minute when I gave my notice, only a day before, still having to pay for the 10 day notice. Not a big deal. When I went to move in and sign my paperwork I brought up that I told someone over the phone that I was leaving at the end of the month to see if they would work with me. Rather than having nice customer service experience and saying no in a respectful way, I was aggressively come at by Todd and David (pretty sure that was his name) who kept telling me what I did wrong and how I should have read my lease and so on, they would not give it up, even after I paid.

How rude Todd was, as he yelled across the room at me while helping someone else, was beyond me. I am sure if I had a male with me they would have been more respectful, as a woman, I was shocked how they both talked to me. It is a shame because it is a nice spot but if you are trying to have a respectful customer service experience while storing your things I would not recommend. I will say one older man helped me when I moved who was just lovely.

I have over 5 units with Stor for over six years. They do an amazing job. The place is always well maintained and well lit on the outside of my units and on the inside. Lastly the Managers are always very helpful and cheerful. Highly recommend Stor Self Storage

I'm sorry to have to report that I had a rather unpleasant experience with a young woman named Shelby who works at the satellite US Mail location here. I brought in a package, fully wrapped and I asked her about price to send it to my daughter and her family in Massachusetts. She asked for the zip code and I gave her what I thought it was. When she told me the charge I asked for when it would arrive, and what other options I'd have.

She became obviously annoyed with me and proceeded to assist other customers while I asked her to help me confirm the city of the zip code I gave her. She said that there wasn't a way for her to look up the city of which I was certain. After another customer came and went I said to her, "Pretend I just walked in the door and I want to send this package to this other zip code.

How much is it and what city does that show as the destination?" She told me, I paid for the postage and left. With the competition the US Postal Service is facing I'd think they'll be more than a little disappointed to hear about this. I use them whenever I can because they have come through for me many times, but if it means dealing with very obviously unhappy and borderline snarky people I'll let UPS do the job.

This place has been consistently great for years! We have only used Stor Self Storage in Pflugerville for ALL of our storage needs for the past 10 years! Shannon does a phenomenal job at making you feel comfortable right away and is extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with the property. She's always done everything with a smile on her face.

We have needed storage for various reasons over the years and they always have the best rates, options, and customer service. I was in there a little past closing time once, but someone came out right after I pressed the button to call and let me out. He had a smile on his face and told me to have a great night! They have been consistently exceeding expectations!

Shannon is super great! Customer service is awesome. The controlled climate and storage units are wonderful. Would recommend this place to everyone.

My company has been leasing warehouse space from Stor Self Storage - Pflugerville for more than five years. We currently lease warehouse space from other self storage companies across Texas but none compare to the exceptional value and friendly service received from Stor Self Storage. Stor has consistently been the best overall value we've found, offers 24 hour access (important for businesses), gated and well-lit facility with video surveillance, large climate-controlled units, clean warehouse campus, unattended package acceptance services and the staff, Shannon and Anjee, have been been extremely pleasant and helpful through the years. One of the few businesses deserving a full five stars.

I've been a customer with Stor Self Storage in Pflugerville since October 2016 and they have truly been amazing. I admire the way they conduct business and also their customer service. Everyone is truly helpful and they will send emails and make sure things are okay on your end. I recommend this storage to my friends, business partners and family because they are truly one of the BEST! The entire facility is always clean and neat and I have not experienced any bugs which is a plus! : Keep up the positive and great work

Customer service is great and very friendly! The Manager Shannon went out of her to make sure we didn't need anything, she is good at what she does. I have not used a storage facility in over 10 years, and what a difference of improvements. They have security cameras throughout the property. I also like that they have carts you can use without charging you. Would highly recommend them.

I've been renting here for almost 5 years. Eric and his staff have always been very accomodating when I've had to change unit sizes. They have been helpful and patient. I would highly recommend this place for your short term and long term rental needs.

Stored some wine at their location on Bee Caves and it fell through the bottom of the storage unit. Broke some very expensive wine and they would not make any concessions. Store here at your own risk. Horrible.

I stored the entire contents of my home for 3 years at Stor. The staff is congenial, professional and very courteous. When it came time for movers to move the contents of my unit, I gave my notice but hadn't confirmed a firm move date. They called me to check on that date so my charge would just be a proration of the rent for that month. Stor is exceptionally clean and secure and I highly recommend the Circle C Store to anyone who wants a safe, well-lit, exceedingly well-maintained storage company for their things with excellent customer service.
