Crooks and liars. Once they get your stuff you are nothing to them and they will demand more money. Plus, don't expect your treasures to arrive in one piece or even all arrive

Stole stuff from me, damaged stuff, and refused to even discuss it. Worst company ever. BTW, Pulitz and Sierra are same ownership and same tactics and will try to play game of blaming each other to give you run around. Lies, theft, and zero ethics.

The las vegas office do not use them.made and paid for move with tyler anderson, he change my move date twice, cursed me out on phone then cancel my order.every time i call the office to get GM # or leave message for him to call.tyler anderson would say go find it yourself and hang up.i had to call the reno office for the # i use this company for multiple moves will never use again

Stay away my move was changed, then there was a problem with the e-sign.from them changing move, kept telling tyler anderson to just resend it, tyler saying close it and reopen it.not working still i ask for his supervisor. Tyler said no he say i have a bad feeling about this im canceling your order.wow then i had to call the reno, nv office. I GET a call from a GM but i couldn't take call, i called back it just go straight to voicemail.i left message never herd back from them. NEVER AGAIN, STAY AWAY

I had to move from Vegas to South Carolina and used Sierra Moving Systems. I was nervous at first since I have never used a moving company before but being such a far move I decided to get one. They were very helpful and professional the entire move. One of their staff, Tyler, came to survey my house and he answered all my questions i had. The guys who came to my house to load my belonging were nice and courteous. The delivery went just as smooth. I am so happy I decided to go with this company it made it so much easier on me and my family. Great Job! thanks again

After getting a few estimates my husband and I actually went with another company, but a week before our move to Washington the other company called to tell us they had no driver and didn't have an exact date of when our stuff could be delivered in Washington. I called Tyler ( he was the rep who came out and gave us a quote) I explained what happened and that we needed a mover if possible in seven days.

He told me he would see what he could do. Next thing he came over we signed the papers and the movers out on my original move date. The driver and helpers were friendly, fast, and efficient. We tracked our shipment and it was deliver five days later. Canary (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was great keep in touch making sure everything was perfect.

Thanks to everyone who helped get my stuff moved from Vegas to Washington especially after the terrible experience with the other company. For those considering Mayflower was slightly higher price quote, but they were worth it.

In November I contacted Sierra Moving Systems for my move across country. They scheduled an appointment for a surveyor to come and look at my items being moved the very next week. The surveyor, Martin, was right on time and very courteous when I was hounding him with questions. After confirming to go with them I was in contact with an office coordinator who was extremely caring and considerate.

She called and checked up on things numerous times and even called after our move to see how unpacking was going. They sent out the two best packers I have ever had for any move. I was so happy how thorough these two ladies were with the way they packed our belongings. Not only were they careful with everything but did such a quick job. I was extremely impressed by them and could not thank them enough for all the hard work they did!

Then somehow the two guys who loaded our things the next day were just as good. So polite and professional the entire time. Took extreme care of our furniture when wrapping and loading it into the truck. Great experience all around and I would recommend Sierra to anyone looking for a moving company!
