I needed a space to store a car. Jeff only had 1 spot open but I could not get there that day. He held the spot for me for 2 days without even knowing me. This says alot about him! Very rare to find this in a business these days. Crystal helped me with my rental space and I cannot say enough about her! Down to earth. Very professional and best of all, a great sense of humor! I feel confident that my property will be safe. So glad I called them.

Thank you to Jeff the manager of Seven Hills Storage.l rented a 10x20 storage unit for 11 years.during that time Jeff, was very kind, caring and helpful to me.l am a disabled senior due to a bad accident.he always kept me up dated on any changes as l had moved to Fl. to be with family in 2008.in 2019 my family and friends helped me load a 35 ft. truck to take to Fl. to donated to those in needhurricane, etc.
Also l left items in storage to be donated to those in need in Redding, etc. Jeff guided us thru what needed to be done and arranged for donated items to be picked up. I have had nothing but good experiences here. Jeff is thorough, knowledgable and has always been diligent about handling any question Ive ever asked of him. Ive never had to wait for a reply or callback. being onsite there gives me the added sense of security that guarantees I would never store my things anywhere else in Redding or the Andersen area.
