If u have a vehicle in storage be sure to check. Someone cut two catalytic converters off of my rv and several more have been cut not sure if owner reached out to everyone. Property manager acted nonchalant. I was paid up a month ahead and they refused to give me my money back. Told me I parked at my own risk. BEWARE BEWARE!

They decided to start charging me $20.00 a month for trickle charging my battery. I asked two other Rv owners there who said they were not charged. I was told about it and then told they would charge me so I stopped doing it. They decided to charge me anyway.

I would not recommend this storage facility to any one. When I finally went to get my things LOCK was changed and some of my items where missing. This place is a REAP OFF and they take ur things People BEWARE!

Rude, racist and ignorant. They were very unprofessional and violated privacy of clients. These people will steal your stuff and sell it. Do not trust these people! Especially the owner he's a racist crook. They talk about other customers in a bad way and use profanity. Never go to this hell hole I also found roaches here. this place is disgusting!

Very rude treatment. Sent a friend to view the units and ask for pricing. Rep would not allow him to look at units. Took my business elsewhere, found a storage company that did allow viewing and was much friendlier.

All of my experience with this facility has been excellent. Great service, great pricing, great staff. This company does not have a Pooler location at all, only Ogeechee Road. The previous reviewer must have been reviewing another company entirely and not Secure Storage Center in Savannah.

BEWARE JUST GOT ROBBED at Pooler Location SECURITY CAMERAS HAVENT WORKED FOR 3 months was told by employees! Poor service. THE SECURITY GATE CODE DIDNT WORK OR THE ONE FOR TEMP CONTROLLED STORAGE. Anyone can log in with emergency code. The last one wasn't changed for months. I would never recommend this to any of my military, gulf stream, & college friends of mine.i lost practically my whole apartment and family pictures. Havent been there but 3 Weeks and The Employees saw me move my stuff so be cautious of them as well as other people coming in and out. Numerous Units Robbed but they won't tell other people renting but not all units. Why just rob a few?but no other section got robbed only my temp controlled.
