Secure RV

I took my 2007 Itasca Sunova Class A (27 feet long) there at about 1:00 pm on a Tuesday to have 5 items looked at and repaired if necessary. We got a call the next day at bout 8:30 AM that it was finished and ready for pickup! Unreal service! We might point out that we left the same RV with another repair shop (which will remain nameless) for an oil change and oil filter, and they kept it for 4 WEEKS! Need repairs? Go see these folks!

We got help from Secure RV on an RV maintenance issue. We enjoyed working with Dustin and found they have really good customer service! It's nice to work with a business that stands behind their work.

Charged us for work they didn't do. Roof leaked after being replaced by Secure RV - they wouldn't fix it (did not stand behind their work).

We were traveling from California in our motor home when our refrigerator went out. I called Dustin at Secure RV and he got us in and fixed. We can't say enough about their professionalism and great customer service. I highly recommend them!

Called around trying to find someone to help me fix my popup crank cable and couldn't find anyone UNTIL we called Secure Rv. Dustin was willing to take a look and fix it super fast! Honest and great service.

This place has been great for storing our RV. I have always felt good about the security this place has and they are always friendly. I love that they sell propane and make it so easy to fill up your rig or bottles. I want 100% sold on the location during all the construction, but it's a much easier in and out now.

Poor business policies and customer service is beyond repair. They will charge your account after you move out regardless of notice, policies, or otherwise then refuse to correct their actions and repair their mistakes. Unfortunately this company takes advantage of its patrons and we will not be back.

The owners are wonderful and very attentive when approached about issues. We've stored our RVs here for going on 4 years. Convenient location but we'll be glad when 380 gets finished so exiting from the facility will be easier.

Stored our 40' motorhome here and very pleased with the customer service. Love the fact that there is a facility on site for repairs. We had a yearly check-up done and all they needed were the keys. They grabbed the RV when they were ready and put it back when done. Very convenient.

I moved out of my unit in March, but they continued to charge my card for rent for the next two months. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to give me a refund. Stay far away from this place!

I wanted to get my rv repaired here since they are close to home. I called and the price was TRIPLE what two other places quoted me. I asked him why it was so much more. He said "if you can find it cheaper elsewhere, so be it." I didn't know if they did anything different or why their cost was so much higher. Also, I read a review on here that said someone got their repairs done in one week for a sudden trip. They told me they were three weeks out for a '3 hour job' that two other places said it was a one hour job. I would try somewhere else. I am!

Secure RV is a great storage and repair facility in south Prosper. Great location and great people. I don't store there (because I can't get in) but I had to get some repairs done quickly for a sudden vacation to Yellowstone. I wasn't expecting that anyone could do it in a week, but they got it done. The prices are competitive and there is someone on site to help with questions, propane or parts (unlike most other storage places around here).

I had a 20' ski boat that I towed with a Ford Escape that I was able to park in the storage facility behind my house. When I upgraded to a 27' cabin cruiser, I had to upgrade to a GMC Yukon XL (aka suburban). I didn't try it but I think there was a snowball's chance in hell I was going to be able to make that work at my existing storage facility.

Enter Secure RV. This place is primarily designed for storing RVs so the rows are nice and wide and the parking spots are too. This makes picking up and dropping off the boat a breeze. This facility has 24-hour access with your own passcode. Rates were about $60 for outside parking, and $120 for covered parking. Parking spots are 10 x 30 or something like that. If you have an RV they have an onsite mechanic and various other services.
