Secure has moved our family twice in the past four years. Fantastic service and no issues. Excellent movers that take great care in handling our furniture

We moved from Hoover to Tuscaloosa. All is can say is they are so good that they took better care of our stuff than we would. They wrapped everything and I mean everything. This was a three day process and they were always on time and moved with a since of urgency. I would use them again and again.

Dealing with moving companies can be like wading through a shark infested pool! I talked to several before I found Secure Moving. Their Team made all the difference! I highly recommend them!

Everyone we dealt with at Secure Moving were motivated, professional, super accommodating, and prompt. The actual crew consisting of D, Ricardo, Key, and Eddie were absolutely amazing. These guys are real pros. The estimator was efficient and made sure there would be no surprises. (Also, for responding to a snail-mail solicitation letter, we were given a choice of a $100 discount or that amount in boxes and other materials. We chose the 2nd option and are glad we did!) The day before the move they called a left a message listing names of the driver and other movers--and when they'd arrive.

Those four guys exceeded our expectations. They were efficient and worked extremely hard. They were personable, funny, and easy to "spend a day with!" And they took great care with every item, including a large quantity of china and an antique pendulum wall clock. One last thing: We're building a house, so almost everything had to be stored. Secure Moving is equipped to move you out, store your stuff in their OWN facility, and then move you in. I highly recommend Secure Moving, Inc.

I could not recommend Secure Moving highly enough. Due to my circumstances we had to change our original plan and orchestrate a split move. The second move called for four drop off locations which they managed perfectly. The team was professional, courteous, even cheerful, and extremely efficient. Nothing I requested was too much trouble and the answer was always YES!

Thanks to the great team at Secure Moving for a flawless, professional experience for my Mom, as she downsized and moved. Amos, Cory, Mark and the entire staff patiently and respectfully worked with us as we took on one of the biggest, most stressful projects of our lives. They were very professional. I could not recommend them enough! They cared about protecting our walls and floors of our new house. We also used them to store our belongings for 8 months and everything was perfect. They are amazing!

Secure Moving made my four mile move a dream. I needed help finishing packing my kitchen, clothes, and china cabinet. They completed this the day before the move. They also packed the trucks so that they were ready to go on moving day. Everything went so well. The crew even finished a little early. They were professional, energetic, friendly, and caring. My furniture was placed exactly where I wanted. Nothing was broken. I am totally satisfied with this service and highly recommend them.

We used this company for our move to another state, based on the experience of friends who also used Secure Moving. We were extremely happy with the professional service from start to finish. We had them pack everything in the house as well as taking care of the actual move. The movers worked well as a team, were very professional and treated our belongings as if they were there own!

This business has great storage units that are well maintained. I have been a customer for over 2 years. My family & I have used them for moving and could not have been more pleased. I was recently treated very rudely by one of their personnel because I expressed a concern regarding an unauthorized charge that was made to my card by the company. I was spoken to very coarsely and treated very unprofessionally because MY credit card had an unauthorized charge on it.

A few days later I called to speak with the manager about my experience. After speaking with the manager about my concern he asked, "Well what do you want me to do about it, the person that you spoke to is the owner.?" I received no apologies and that was the extent of how they chose to extend customer service. I never heard back from anyone although the charge was credited back to my account. Overall, I have been pleased with the quality of services.

Their customer service could definitely use some improvement. If the owner treats loyal customers this way, it brings to question if they have any understanding of good business ethics and the importance of great customer service.
