If I can give them negative star, easily I would. The worst experience I have ever had! Owners both husband and wife are extremely rude! Their storage units are infested. No leniency with your monthly payment even if your on a death bed. We had a mandatory quarantines by the county due to my children testing positive for Covid so we couldn't make it out to pay our payment.
They called us few times in regards and kept pressing us to pay like our lives depended on it. With no hesitation, they decided to auction off our unit! Pieces of scum and I DO NOT recommend anyone dealing with these selfish couple. Don't give them your business!
