My best friend has been through a few storage units in the last few years and since I'm always helping her move I've gotten a chance to see how they are and the pricing. SAFEGUARD IS BY FAR THE BEST ONE. From space to after hours convenience, to pricing, even the lighting around the building is amazing. Huge thank you to Lily for easing my besties brain today and finding her the best unit. She had the biggest smile on her face.

I called the number for 1333 Rhawn street, and I was greeted by Denise, who walked me through the process of renting a storage nit, this being my first, storage rental experience, Denise was very knowledgeable, and answered each question with patients, and politely lafter my 10 minute call, I had my storage unit number, and a detailed knowledge of how much was needed, for the the 1st month and lease signing!
Just when I thought it couldn't get any better. ms. Denise informed of a special offer, which gave me 50% off my fitting 2 months. ima happy camper. Thank you Denise for helping me. STELLAR JOB! Nicole is an excellent member for your team. She was pleasant, helpful, informative and professional. You should be thankful for having team members of her caliber. They help a business like yours be successful. I will return on her professionalism alone. Upon my next day visit after I rented another storage container cause first filled quickly, once again Nicole stepped up and showed a courteous professionalism thats unmatched.
She not only recognized me as the customer from previous day but saw an error I made in my ordering. Already had a solution lined up for me before I got there. The best part was her enthusiasm to do her job well and effectively. A lot of people would have looked the other way amd let the customer not get what they needed or would have been annoyed they had to fix the error.
Not Nicole. She couldn't have came across more knowledgeable and pleasant. Although she had a Covid mask on you could tell the smile.never left her face. Both the girls I dealt with at the front desk were very friendly. They showed me both size units I was interested in and they were both clean, as was the rest of the facility. The contract signing was very straight forward and easy. Halls are well lit and there are cameras everywhere. I only wish there was some kind of lighting inside the unit besides what comes in from the hall.

This is actually a follow up to my review in September 2019. I moved my items out today from Safeguard and just wanted to say "thank you" to Nicole for everything! From start to finish, Nicole was fantastic to work with. Very professional and very sweet. Rest assured, I will be needing storage services again in the near future and I will definitely look no further than Safeguard and Nicole!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Safeguard Self Storage yesterday when signing up for a space. It was fast and easy and the price was right. The customer service provided by Nicole and Lily was outstanding and I appreciated it so much. Nicole gave me a tour, explained all of my options and walked me through the entire process. Very easy! I had an excellent experience at Safeguard Self Storage. It was a seemless transition from setting up my appointment online to coming in and being set up with my unit. The Assistant Manager, Joesph Wyatt was professional and efficient with his service. It was a breath of fresh air working with him and receiving such fantastic customer service. I suggest going on their website www.safeguardit.com before hand as it makes the process a lot faster.
In addition to the personnel there, they have a full state of the art cool/heat control facility. The place felt well kept and incredibly secure. Not sketchy in the least like some of these other storage units in the area can be at times.

I moved my stuff in on Friday January 27. I was already having a bad day. When I reserved my space over the phone I was told all I had to do was pick up my lock. Nothing was said about signing a lease or other paperwork. That is the fault of the main office in Atlanta. However the woman I originally spoke with was extremely nice and patient. I was very much on a time crunch because of my rental car. Joshua helped me in the office (Brooklyn location).
He was understanding and VERY patient with me. I felt bad because I was in a hurry. But he was the calm in my crazy day. Thank you for having a great employee who is understanding, professional and nice.

They have confusing rules. The storage part closes 15m before whatever time it actually is supposed to close. This is an unwritten rule. The hours are short to begin with. So they are not really serving the needs of their customers. They open at 9 and close at 7. So forget trying to go before work and good luck trying to make it after. This has been a very frustrating experience as I was left with things in a rental car with no way to unload or return them.
