Carmine was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately we rented the unit sight unseen and when we checked it out, I was over come with the smell of must/mold (through my mask). He reassured me that they are climate controlled, but we decided to rent elsewhere.

Made a reservation online and then called to follow up the unit in question to check it out later that day. The owner calls me not soon after to inform me that the very unit I reserved was just rented and all he has is smaller sizes left. I'd really like to know what the point of a reservation is if it's not going to be honored. If that's not what you're willing to do, take it off your site as an option so there's no expectation.
