I work at Toy Storage & Parking in South Knoxville. We do primarily outdoor open and covered storage of RV's, vehicles, trailers, etc. I'm not totally familiar with Rocky Hill Storage, but I can tell you they cared enough about a potential customer to go to the trouble to find someone to refer them to when they didn't have a space. We appreciated the referral and were happy to help their customer find room for his trailer.

Hello Knoxville, I want to tell you about an outstanding storage facility in Knoxville. It is Rocky Hill Storage 1409 Wrights Ferry Road, the staff has worked with me since October 2019, through the covid 19 and my departure June 25, 2020. The staff has been awesome in helping me locate storage space for my furniture, books, and lawn equipment. Informative during covid 19, how to keep customers safe by paying on line or mailing in your rent payments. My experience was impeccable.
